The Landings of Sarasota is a gated residential neighborhood alongside a new condominium development of five large condo buildings known as Phillippi Landings that range from 5 to 7 floors with boat slips along the shores of Phillippi Creek.
The Phillippi landings penthouses list from $1 to $1.5 Million for a 3,760 to 7,280 square foot residence. The smaller condominiums in the development range from $300,000 to $900,000 for 1,706 to 2,024 square feet.
