Palm Aire Country Club, Sarasota Florida
Palm Aire is a member owned golf and country club located west of interstate 75 on University Parkway in Sarasota Florida. This 1300 acre country club development features two 18 hole golf courses, 10 tennis courts, athletic center and an Olympic size swimming pool.
The residential real estate styles represented in Palm Aire include Executive estates, single family homes, tropical landscaped villas, and maintenance free condos. Golf at Palm Aire can be played on the clubs 2 well manicured courses; The Lakes Course which was designed by Joe Lee and the Champions Course designed by world renowned course designer, Dick Wilson. Both courses are Par 72 and feature five tee boxes per hole for various levels of play. The Lakes and The Champions courses are ranked among the best in Florida by Golfweek Magazine. Both courses have been completely renovated. The Lakes Course greens were re-opened in late 2009 and are barely a year old. In addition to these fantastic links, the golf club also hosts a driving range perfect for perfecting your swing.
The Tennis opportunities at Palm Aire feature ten courts, eight of which are Har-Tru courts, and the remaining two are classed as all weather. Six of the courts are lit for night time play. Tennis lessons are available for the whole family and the club hosts many competitions with other country clubs in the Sarasota area making league play fun and exciting.
The Palm Aire Athletic Club is well equipped and a personal trainer is on duty to assist you with your fitness program and can also assist you with developing new routines to keep you feeling young and energized. The fitness center also features a heated Olympic sized swimming pool perfect for low-impact aquatic exercise or basking by while working on improving your Florida tan.
The heart of the Palm Aire Country Club is the 23,000 square foot clubhouse that features watering holes that are great for socializing and fine dining. A banquet hall is available to host your wedding receptions or other special occasions.

Palm Aire Homes and Real Estate
Many residential options are available within the development that spans many price point and lifestyle choices. As Palm Aire is an older golf community development the homes, villas and condos certainly reflect the era in which they were built.
